Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We are based in the United States. Domestic orders usually arrive 2-7 business days of shipping. For international orders, it takes approximately 2-6 weeks.

As of recently, orders are delayed due to COVID 19. Please be patient and check with your local post office.

Q: Do you ship Worldwide?

A: Yes, however, we are unable to accept orders from the UK and EU on our site due to the recent changes. Otherwise, all VAT/Fees are the customers responsibility upon arrival.

FOR STICKERS ONLY: We offer FIRST CLASS letter mail through USPS for Sticker orders

Q: What is the difference between Standard Grade, B-grade and Second Grade, etc. on pins?

Q: Can you combine orders?

A: Yes, but please contact me as SOON as you can. If your order hasn't been shipped out, please contact me through our support email and include your name and order number.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We do NOT offer cancellations/returns/exchanges. This applies to preorders items as well as any lost/stolen items. Please read carefully upon purchasing your order. If there is an issue with your order, please send me an email. In the event that we agree to the refund, a processing fee will be applied.
